Standard Funparx sessions are for ages 1 and above with no limit on the older (kids) who may be 99!

Our park has a variety of obstacles suitable for all ages and abilities including adults, this includes our truss obstacle courses, warped walls and inflatable obstacle course areas.

Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian on site at all times. These can just be spectator adults.

8 and unders require a supporting adult on the course with them in certain areas. The ratio is 3 children to every supporting adult.

2 adults can accompany for free during select sessions. Up to 2 spectators per participant can use our spectator areas free of charge. You are welcome to go on the course to spectate, but please be advised that any spectators on the course may be charged.

Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in, wristband distribution, and a safety briefing prior to the start of your session. Late arrivals may result in missing part of your session, and possibly be moved to the next available session. To accommodate all of our guests we are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrivals and it will not always be possible to move to another session if it is fully booked. Refunds will not be issued for sessions missed by arriving late.

The well-being and the safety of our guests and team members is our top priority. We require all participants, participating adults and spectators to complete a waiver. We also require everyone to read, and follow the rules. You must watch a safety briefing video of the rules before you enter the park or demonstration from Staff. Park rules must be abided by at all times in the park. No individual may access the park without completing a waiver and understanding the Park rules.

If you require assistance with this or have any questions, please ask a member of our team. Any person is responsible for ensuring safe play by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other participants, those who are deemed to be unsafe/ failing to comply by park rules will be removed from the park.

There is free parking for over 100 cars onsite.

We do have “paid for” lockers available on site for your shoes and belongings and also have free shoe storage pods located in the park too. We do not advise that you take any valuables onto the course. If you choose to, please ensure any items are safely secured on you or are in a zipped pocket. Funparx Dundee is not responsible for any theft or damage to your personal belongings.

All participants, participating adults and spectators using the Slides, Inflatable and Soft Play must wear reusable anti-bacterial grip socks on the inflatable course which are available to purchase online or at reception. These are socks specifically designed to allow grip for climbing and slip for sliding!

Bare feet are not permitted anywhere in the park.

You must wear athletic type footwear, such as trainers or plimsolls. Non-athletic footwear such as boots and Crocs will not be allowed – even in sports mode!

We also recommend you wear something comfortable and suitable for sports activities.

Please ensure you have removed all jewellery, hats and loose objects to prevent loss, damage or injury to yourself or others.

You can bring as many spectators as you like. These do cost £1 per as the cafe does have a capacity. If you wish to go on the course to spectate there will be a charge as you will need to purchase a supporting adult ticket. Or of course you can buy a full ticket and get involved in the fun.

There is a café and viewing area at the same level as the activities.

Spectators are not allowed access to the activity areas unless they have a wristband as above, and have been briefed and signed a waiver. Please speak to a member of staff for advice on where prams and car-seats can be stored.

Whether you are looking for a post fun refuel or a great spot to watch, our café menu includes snacks, coffee, tea, slushies and a selection of hot and cold food.

Please note: we do not allow outside food or drink to be consumed in our café to ensure the safety of those with severe allergies. Please note the café closes at the start of the last session.
